Strategy: Encore partnered with PAN early on in the NPI stage to develop the precision sheet metal chassis for the new PAN lineup of network appliances. Our engineers worked in cooperation with PAN's team to develop product and brand recognition.
Execution: PAN utilized Encore Industries Design For Manufacturing services early in the relationship to reduce cost on their Precision Sheet Metal Enclosures. They also took advantage of Encore’s extensive tool inventory to save money on costly tooling charges and to reduce lead times.
Result: PAN expanded rapidly from the early years having Encore Industries fabricate their Precision Sheet Metal Chassis painted in the famous PAN blue with their Logo Silk-Screened proudly on the front.
